Abunden understands that users may discuss sensitive business matters, including:
- Financial information
- Cash flow concerns
- Employee and leadership issues
- Customer problems
- Sales performance
- Strategic decisions
- Operational challenges
- Business plans and projections
Abunden treats information shared through the Service as confidential and implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information.
However, users should avoid sharing information they are legally prohibited from disclosing or that could create regulatory, contractual, or confidentiality risks.
Users remain responsible for protecting trade secrets, confidential obligations, regulated information, and compliance with applicable laws.
4.2 No Public AI Model Training
Abunden does not use customer business information, conversations, prompts, uploaded materials, or chatbot interactions to train public AI models.
Your business information is not used to train publicly available artificial intelligence systems.
Abunden does not sell, license, or share your confidential business discussions for the purpose of improving public foundation models.
Where third-party AI providers are used to process requests, Abunden seeks to use providers and configurations that contractually restrict model training on customer inputs.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, but protecting confidentiality is a core principle of the Service.
4.3 Restricted Personnel Access
Abunden personnel do not routinely access customer conversations or business information.
Access to user conversations or data is restricted to limited circumstances such as:
(a) Security and Abuse Prevention
To investigate fraud, misuse, account compromise, unlawful conduct, spam, or threats to system security.
(b) Technical Operations and Support
To diagnose technical problems, restore service, troubleshoot user-reported issues, or maintain system functionality.
(c) Legal Compliance
Where disclosure is required by subpoena, court order, applicable law, governmental request, or legal process.
(d) Safety and Service Integrity
To investigate conduct that threatens users, violates these Terms, or materially disrupts the Service.
Any such access shall be limited to personnel with a legitimate business need and subject to confidentiality obligations.
Abunden does not employ personnel to routinely monitor, read, or review user conversations for business, marketing, or training purposes.
4.4 User Responsibility for Sensitive Information
Although Abunden prioritizes confidentiality, users acknowledge that no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You should avoid entering:
- Social Security numbers
- Bank account credentials
- Passwords
- API keys
- Highly sensitive regulated personal information
- Information subject to special legal protections unless necessary
You are responsible for determining whether use of the Service is appropriate for your circumstances and compliance obligations.
4.5 Privacy Policy
Additional information regarding collection, use, storage, and protection of information is described in the Abunden Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms shall control regarding use of the Service.
